Privacy and cookie policy
How we handle your data and what we use to understand the site. In plain terms, without unnecessary fine print.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Who is responsible
This site (32sur.com.ar) is operated by 32sur, an advisory and capital project management firm located at Av. del Libertador 4530, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to us at info@32sur.com.ar.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: if you write to us, we collect the name, email, organization, role and message you fill in. The submission is processed through Formspree.
- Site analytics: only if you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure in aggregate how the site is used (page views, device type, approximate location). We do not seek to identify you.
- Preferences: we store your consent and language choice in your own browser. They do not leave your device.
3. What we use it for
- Answer your inquiries and maintain the contact you initiate.
- Understand how the site is used in order to improve it.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and consent
When you first arrive, no analytics cookie is activated: we show a notice so you can choose. Only if you tap Accept does Google Analytics install its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visits anonymously. If you tap Decline, they are not activated.
We also store two values in your browser's local storage: your consent choice (consent32sur) and your language preference (lang32sur). You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site data in your browser: when you return, the notice reappears.
5. Third parties involved
To function, the site relies on providers that may process certain data under their own policies: Google (Analytics and fonts), Formspree (form submission) and Cloudflare (hosting and security).
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@32sur.com.ar.
In Argentina, the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), under Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. If you visit us from the European Union, the rights under the GDPR also apply.
7. Retention
We keep the form data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any relationship arising from it, and then delete or anonymize it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
